What you should have:

  • 7+ years experience in sales leadership
  • Specific demonstrated experience in scaling sales in a high growth environment
  • Documented and proven ability to leverage sales training and performance management
  • Experience managing and analyzing large sets of data from sales and marketing resources
  • Proven track record in establishing buy-in across different teams to achieve company growth targets
  • Able to leverage sales automation tools (IE: Salesforce.com, Outreach) to drive incremental volume through sales and managing a lead generation team
  • Ability to drive projects forward with limited oversight
