As a Market/Business Development Specialist you will assist in the acceleration and growth of our branches in theAtlanta metro-market, by partnering with individual Financial Advisors to develop strategies aligned with their purpose to exceed business objectives and support them as they build a sustainable business.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

 

  • Deliver training and serve as a consultant to Branch Teams in order to increase performance and retention of Financial Advisors in the market

     

  • Accelerate the sustainability of a market through partnership with home office and regional leadership teams to build the capabilities of others by providing updates regarding trends and themes based on observations

     

  • Develop strong relationships and collaborate with branch teams and key stakeholders to identify strengths, weaknesses, or other opportunities to support identified goals

     

  • Work in partnership with Home Office areas supporting leadership team members to address needs and attain resources

     

  • Develop self and team to increase contributions to the firm's vision by soliciting feedback from leaders, stakeholders and other associates

Position Requirements:

 

 

  • Must live in theAtlanta metro market

     

  • Series 7 license, Series 66 license within the first 8 to 10 weeks of hire with a two-time testing policy; a study calendar and study materials will be provided

     

  • Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent work experience

     

  • 3 to 5 years prior successful sales experience in the financial services industry with experience building a client base and converting prospects into clients using multiple client sourcing strategies (residential, business and social media) preferred

     

  • Ability to train and motivate others leading to results

     

  • Daily travelwithintheAtlanta metro market

     

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, facilitation and organizational skills

     

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate numerous tasks and monitor own progress
